Arko Logistics Names CVC Capital Partners in Lawsuit Against Pilot Flying J. Guess That Means Finally Were Bringing Khomeini Into the Story. It's About Time the Haslam Family Was Exposed as Those That Fuel IRAN: Also Arko Logistic is Hiring Drivers in St Louis... Details Provided.

The lawsuit filed Tuesday by Arko Logistics Inc. names not only Pilot Flying J, Haslam and top Pilot managers as defendants, but also includes CVC Capital Partners -- apparently the first time that a minority shareholder has been targeted in a lawsuit springing from the FBI raid on Pilot Flying J offices in April.
CVC, headquartered in London, has as one of its advisers R. Brad Martin, the Pilot board member who is overseeing Pilot's internal investigation into fuel rebate shortages. Martin, interim president of the University of Memphis, is not named as a defendant in Arko's lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Chicago.
