Haslam Family Business FBI & IRS Raid Commentary: Note to Feds ...

haslamfbiirsraid.blogspot.com/.../note-to-feds-michaels-pearson-most.ht...

Tennessee Governor and Pilot Shareholder Bill Haslam WON'T disclose issues about the family business.... Maybe because his a REPUBLICAN and  this blogger had the privilaget to talk to Christine Lakatos - She does the "Green Corruption Files".....

The Green Corruption Files : Shining the Light on BrightSource ...

Jul 6, 2012 - Like SolarReserve, the BrightSource tale also has interesting political ties: Obama, ... Bryson also has ties to Obama supporter George Soros.

Then I put 2 & 2 together & voila - The Haslam family is in bed with George Soros & so is Lamar Alexander and Bob Corker.

People connected to the Ingram family TERRORIZED me... I want the FEDS to investigate.  i was jailed 3 times on "trumped up" charges & SOLYNDRA read my blog every day I was arrested.  In fact SOLYNDRA visited my blog 1142 times.  Joe Biden seemed to "love" SOLYNDRA

I blogged about NRG that's linked with Brightsource and connected it to my being bullied in Tennessee a LONG time ago.
A reporter should investigate this:
Mitt Romney has a son that took taxpayer money and some allege that he's CORRUPT.  A lot the Haslam "ties" are with those aligned with Mitt Romney.  Maybe Jimmy will get him as a roommate and Mitt will have FREE Federal Housing - not the type he wanted: Sadly the Green fraud is bipartisan and "few" escape:(:(

Halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco, on a former cattle ranch and gypsum mine, NRG Energy is building an engineering marvel: a compound of nearly a million solar panels that will produce enough electricity to power about 100,000 homes. The project is also a marvel in another, less obvious way: Taxpayers and ratepayers are providing subsidies worth almost as much as the entire $1.6 billion cost of the project. Similar subsidy packages have been given to 15 other solar- and wind-power electric plants since 2009.

June 20, 2010 Goldman talks up solar shares with share value targets that you can check out, now, to see how truly BAD the Goldman advice

The June 2010 advice from GS (Goldman Sachs):
First Solar (NASDAQ: FSLR): Buy rating and $150 price target
SunPower (NASDAQ: SPWRA): Neutral rating, $15 price target.
MEMC (NYSE: WFR): Sell rating, $9 price target.
JA Solar (NASDAQ: JASO): Buy rating, added to Conviction List. $7.50 target price.
Suntech (NYSE: STP): Sell. Target price: $8.40.

The government support — which includes loan guarantees, cash grants and contracts that require electric customers to pay higher rates — largely eliminated the risk to the private investors and almost guaranteed them large profits for years to come. The beneficiaries include financial firms like Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, conglomerates like General Electric, utilities like Exelon and NRG — even Google.

To add a little bit of NASHVILLE to this.... Basically how the FRAUD connected to Tennessee politicians ruined my life... a NOW DIRECTLY fiscally connecte ally of the Haslam family Al Gore - wanted to date me ( a staffer in 2010 asked me if I wanted to  and I "thought it was a joke"... then when 2 people made comments ( one actauly told me "I could do worse" the other told me a little over a year ago "It's too late - he's taken".... Oh well.... Had I thought a man that ALMOST became PRESIDENT really wanted to date me YES!!! I would have said YES... Still I thought at the time is was a joke.   I'm PISSED because I was told about 8 months ago "had I date him - the charges 'most likely' would have been dropped".... I've already emailed a lawyer connected to Mr. Gore and said I do NOT plan on embarrassing the former VP.  I was "grateful" he got me a clean judge at the last minute.  The Haslam connected judge 2 days before my trial QUASHED my subpoenas.  Had it not been for Al GORE I would have been in jail - for a crime that DOES NOT EXIST.  Governor Bill Haslam had appointed one of my earlier judges Jeff Bivins to the criminal court of appeals and I was told that he was to "uphold" the decision.

OMG!!! I'm so grateful to Al Gore & mad at him at the same time.

I offered to be a wedding planner for his next wedding. It'll be green:):)

In a PowerPoint presentation sent to the DOE in March 2011 and viewed by The Wall Street Journal, BrightSource said its cash position was "precarious" and that it would be a "major embarrassment" for the administration if it went under because the White House had held it up as a centerpiece of its green-energy push. "The DOE will be known as responsible for a very high-profile failure," the message read.

BrightSource's investors include Google Inc. and NRG Energy Inc., which put up a combined $468 million. But the vast majority of its $2.2 billion funding comes from the loan guarantee. There were also high stakes for utility Pacific Gas & Electricwhich wanted BrightSource's electricity to meet a California renewable-energy mandate.

BrightSource spent more than $500,000 on lobbying in the third quarter of 2010 through the second quarter of 2011, according to federal records, on behalf of the loan program and its own loan. The records show that $40,000 of the BrightSource lobbying money went to Bernie Toon, who was chief of staff to Mr. Biden, then a U.S. senator, in the 1990s.......

On March 9, 2011, just days after being hired, Mr. Toon went to the White House with three BrightSource executives, according to Senate and White House records. There he visited a former colleague, Alan Hoffman, now the top aide to Mr. Biden, whose office was working on green-energy programs, the records show. The White House didn't make Mr. Hoffman available for comment......Mr. Toon was hired because he had previously lobbied for BrightSource contractor Bechtel Corp. and was familiar with the project, BrightSource said. Reached for comment, Mr. Toon said he couldn't talk about clients

ECD spokesman Clint Brewer acknowledged that Commissioner Bill Hagerty used the incentives-per-job metric to track how efficiently the department is operating. But Brewer said the Eastman package compared favorably to other incentive deals when considering the state’s relatively small contribution to the overall project. The $30 million in taxpayer funds amounts to just 1.9 percent of the overall $1.6 billion project, and by that measure Brewer said taxpayers are still getting high value for their investment in Project Inspire.
Eastman Chemical employs 6,750 workers in Tennessee, plus 2,500 contract workers and has 6,200 retirees drawing pension and retirement benefits. The company, which has deep political connections, has flexed its muscle by spending significantly on state legislative campaigns in recent election cycles. It also employs Tom Ingram’s firm, The First Group, to represent its interests in Washington, D.C.
Ingram helped Haslam with his 2010 election campaign and has been personally paid by Haslam to advise him while he was governor. Last week, Haslam said he is putting Ingram back on his campaign payroll after complaints that Ingram lobbied other state officials at the same time he worked as his personal adviser.
